• Flexibility to move between various operator positions according to business needs.

• Ability to use hand tools (e.g., hand grips, stamping tools), visual aids for inspection, approved cleaning chemicals, operate semi-automated machine and/or pneumatic equipment, and tape dispenser.
• Ability to conduct manual inspection of catheters.
• Ability to apply on‑the‑job training to tasks.
• Ability to lift at least 15 lbs. (some positions may require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to sit and/or stand for at least 6 hours of shift.
• Ability to read and comprehend written documents in English.
• Ability to write and speak English to convey safety and quality opportunities.
• Ability to report to work on time, work duration of shift, and communicate using verbal and non‑verbal means to build and sustain positive work relationships.

• Shift hours to include a 12‑hour range of availability and flexibility in time changes and ask for availability between the times listed.
