Responsibilities

QA/QC Audits- Perform QA/QC inspections/observations on a daily basis of assigned sites.
- Document findings, including non‑conformities, potential risks, and areas for improvement as outlined in the QA/QC checklist.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all inspection activities, findings, and follow‑ups.
- Assist, when applicable, in training employees on quality standards and best practices to maintain consistent compliance.
- Detect any deviations from quality standards and report them to the QA/QC Manager, site supervisors, or other relevant personnel.
- Work with the Manager to provide recommendations to enhance quality standards, minimize risks, and improve efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry, manufacturing and internal standards, local, state and national codes, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Familiarity in quality assurance/control. Learning Management System experience preferred. Understanding of all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of adult learning concepts. Agile in willingness and ability to take on different projects or learn new areas. Excellent time management, public speaking, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills.
ExperienceMinimum of 2 years in structured cabling. Understanding of both industry and manufacturer’s standards and proper installation of cable infrastructure.
SkillsAudit, inspection report, low voltage, quality assurance, attention to detail, documentation process, corrective action plans, fiber optic cable, technical support, OSP.
AdditionalSkills & Qualifications
This is a pure QA/QC auditing role inside data centers. No installation work, but ideally the candidate will be willing to do install work if quality work slows to help support the team. The QA/QC technician audits telecom installations to ensure everything is installed correctly, tested, dressed properly, and functioning as designed.

Audits, Inspections, Testing, Documentation. - Strong understanding of pre‑terminated cables, rack dressing and layout standards, fiber and copper cabling concepts.
- Must understand how to look for issues.
- Must know what “right” looks like.
- Outside‑of‑data‑center experience acceptable if fundamentals are strong (examples: CAT5/6 installs, fiber termination, telecom work).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Think critically.
- Identify risks and non‑conformities.
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable documenting issues and distributing reports.
This is a Contract position based out of Moncks Corner, SC.
