Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers and select products such as apples or cereals. The role is fast paced and involves working in all departments to shop and fill online orders. Order fillers also dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation during the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday season, and may include assisting in‑store customers.
