Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for security-related concerns, assisting with access control, loss prevention support, and incident documentation as directed by site procedures;
Support store personnel and visitors by reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns, and completing detailed activity and incident reports;
Respond to incidents and escalate according to site protocols
