Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures and access protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading and receiving zones, trailer yards, and perimeter;
Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and deliveries, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report concerns through established channels;
Support loss prevention and operational continuity by observing high-traffic areas and reporting hazards or maintenance concerns
