Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures;
Monitor entry and exit activity for staff, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter;
Support loss prevention and operational awareness by observing freight handling areas, reporting damaged property and/or policy violations, and maintaining accurate daily activity and incident reports;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
