Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Saturday 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM;
Sunday 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, badge requirements, and security-related policies at an automotive location.
• Monitor entry and exit points for pedestrian and vehicle traffic, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Document visitor activity, deliveries, and security-related incidents in accordance with post orders and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, remaining aware of changing conditions throughout the location.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
