Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, vendors, and drivers in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to site contacts and emergency responders as needed;
Document patrols, incidents, access-related activities, and maintenance concerns accurately in required reports and logs
