BERKELEY COUNTY GOVERNMENT is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to perform skilled work in operating various heavy construction equipment for maintenance and construction of county right of ways. This role involves operating machinery and performing routine maintenance, as well as ensuring accurate job logs.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and relevant experience in operating heavy equipment. Successful applicants will be subject to a criminal background check and drug testing. Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
