The Journeyman Electrician 1 (J1) at Amteck works under supervision of a Foreman or Superintendent and may oversee a small crew. Tasks include installation, alteration and repair of electrical systems, reading drawings, and potential growth into other divisions such as low voltage and controls.
Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, bending, threading and installing conduit, terminating devices, and mentoring Helpers on site; candidates should have 5–7 years of electrical construction
