• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to ensure the best solutions are provided to customers in alignment with their transportation needs
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
• Utilize the list of available drivers and the current available driving hours report to plan loads to be dispatched using the load planner spread sheet
• Promptly and professionally respond to all inquiries and directives from customer representatives
• Efficiently plan and schedule back haul routes to maximize utilization of resources and minimize empty miles
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Candidates need to be knowledgeable of transportation industry rules and regulations and adhere to local laws
• Dispatch experience required
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience in the transportation industry
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently
• Possesses drive and initiative
• Strong attention to detail
