Summary & Objective
Enviro Smart, d.b.a. ES Integrated, is seeking qualified Operator/Drivers with a Class A or B CDL to support the Industrial Services division in Moncks Corner, South Carolina and surrounding areas. Candidates should have experience driving/operating roll offs, dump trucks, flatbed, box trucks, pull trailers, and other commercial vehicles. All employees will also perform heavy operations (when properly trained) and field tech duties, and may be cross‑trained to assist in other field divisions.
Performance is measured for Safety, Quality, and Value delivered to the project and company. Working conditions include outside work, extreme temperatures, noisy conditions, shift work and flexible schedules.
- Drive all commercial vehicles with safety, quality, and value in mind at all times.
- Maintain working knowledge of all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Complete all DOT/FMCSA documentation, including log books.
- Have a minimum of 6 months CDL driving experience.
- Valid Class A or B CDL (required).
- Tanker endorsement.
- Hazmat endorsement (must acquire within 90 days of hire if not already held).
- Clean driving record (required).
- Current medical card (required).
- Must be able to travel for days at a time.
- HAZWOPER certification (required, will provide training).
- HEO operations (preferred, will provide training).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Pass pre‑employment physical.
- Pass pre‑employment and random non‑DOT drug and alcohol screening.
- Experience in civil construction, site cleanup, industrial cleaning, or landscaping is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from work and ability to fulfill varying start and end shift times.
- General site work and hand‑tool use skill.
- Demonstrate a safe working culture.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods.
- Use power and hand tools.
- Carry industrial hoses (up to 60 lbs) up and down multiple flights of stairs.
- Work in varying extreme temperatures, depending on season.
- Complete all pre‑ and post‑training, including safety, new‑hire, and regulatory training.
- Typical week will consist of Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours per day.
- Some weekends as needed.
- Must be able to commute to job site each day.
- Must be able to travel and stay overnight as required (varies by project).
