Forklift Driver

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join a fast-paced warehouse operation. This position is responsible for safely operating lift trucks, moving and storing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting shipping and receiving activities.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in an active warehouse environment, and committed to maintaining high safety and productivity standards.

• Safely operate forklifts/lift trucks and material handling equipment to unload, move, store, pick, stage, and load products.
• Receive, count, store, and pick inventory accurately using RF scanners
  .
• Follow work orders and customer specifications when staging and loading outbound shipments.
• Inspect products and packaging for damage and complete basic packaging repairs when needed.
• Report damaged products, shortages, inventory discrepancies, and misplaced materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and battery changes as required.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operating guidelines

• Support general warehouse and housekeeping duties as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 0-6 months of warehouse, forklift, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet productivity expectations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and remain physically active for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights, including elevated areas, pipe bridges, and catwalks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work scheduled and unscheduled shifts, including occasional short-notice hours on days off based on business needs.
