Reporting directly to the Master Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in preparing staff schedules and ensuring timely payroll processing. Your ability to assess leave requests, update schedules for accuracy, and coordinate temporary staffing will be essential. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the motivation to work independently, making this an excellent opportunity for professional growth in administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and update schedules for staff as needed
• Manage temporary staffing arrangements efficiently
• Assess and follow up on leave requests promptly
• Ensure payroll entries are accurate and timely
• Enforce compliance with applicable collective agreements
Requirements:
• Completion of two-year recognized program in Business Administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Excellent organizational and self-motivation skills
• Satisfactory Certificate of Conduct required
