Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, serving as the face of the company. You will handle incoming calls, welcome guests, and facilitate smooth communication between tenants and management. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and manage guest greetings
• Act as a liaison between tenants and property management
• Collaborate with Accounting and Leasing departments effectively
• Organize and manage office space rental schedules
• Document and maintain records of parking violations
Requirements:
• Proven customer service excellence
• Capability in Microsoft Office Suite
• Independent working skills are essential
• Completion of an Administrative Program preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
