We are looking for a highly organized Office Administrator/Service Dispatcher to support our Atlantic Division. This position includes scheduling service technicians, coordinating service calls, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently
• Manage service calls and preventative maintenance requests
• Create work orders, service reports, and invoices
• Maintain records within company systems accurately
• Provide administrative support to management and technicians
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in Administrative or Dispatch roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible availability for shifts between 7:00am - 5:00pm
