Analyst, Relationship Partner

Overview

Assumption Life is looking for a qualified Analyst, Relationship Partner in the Group Insurance Department. This person is responsible for administrative relations with partners. He or she will be responsible for the administration of documents received by our partners and the analysis of possible variances.

• Manage and organize various files (certificates, claims and premiums) received from our partners.
• Keep a record of the administrative differences of each partner to help in future searches.
• Examine all administrative discrepancies, analyze the root cause, and ensure that the responsible parties are informed so the issue can be resolved.
• Provide ongoing support to the coordinator in any other requests from our partners.

• College or university degree in an administrative sector or related field
• Minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative sector or similar area
• Good data interpretation and analytical skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Good prioritization and time management skills
• Must be able to listen actively to partners in order to understand the details of their requests
• Intermediate Excel skills
