As an essential member of the Provider Audit Team, you'll provide administrative assistance by managing documentation, responding to provider inquiries, and preparing verification letters. Your strong communication abilities and professionalism will help maintain the financial integrity of Medical Health Benefit Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and distribute mail for the Provider Audit Team
• Organize and manage verification letters for contracts
• Monitor the Provider Audit General Telephone Hotline
• Deliver efficient customer service for providers and clients
• Maintain and manage storage of protected documents
Requirements:
• Ability to work in an office environment
• Post-secondary course in Office Administration
• 1-3 years of office administration experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
