Our client in Moncton, NB is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in a permanent, full-time position. This role supports both office and field operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, requiring someone who can confidently coordinate multiple moving parts and keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across field teams and site operations
  • Schedule and support crew deployment and workflow planning
  • Order materials and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as needed
  • Arrange travel and logistics as required
  • Support project managers with administrative and operational coordination
  • Monitor project timelines and help ensure milestones are met
Experience & Attributes for Success:
  • 2 - 3+ years' administrative experience, ideally in a project-based environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to pick up on new programs quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
