Nature & Scope
The PMA Coordinator may be required to travel to all assigned branches within the assigned territoryGenerate renewal reporting from ERP system ahead of the PMA expiration date for all lines of business in the assigned regionRun profitability reports by customer/agreement and recommend proposed pricing based on target gross margin budget/expectationsDistribute renewal letters/agreements to the end customer in Docu Sign, follow up and upload signed agreements into VistaActivate the PMA agreement once the agreement is fully executedUpdate customer information in Vista (i.e. service rates, customer contact information, mobilization charges, agreement notes, scope labour estimates, customer email addresses, etc.)Other related duties as assignedQualifications
Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detailPost-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field; and/or 3 years' working experienceAbility to multi-task and be a versatile team memberProficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)Experience in ERP/Data Management/HRIS Systems and advanced computer ability considered a strong assetPrevious experience in customer service, sales, and/or service coordination is considered an assetIndustry experience in Fire and Life Safety considered an asset but not requiredBilingual in French and English considered an asset but not requiredDiscover a company committed to ensuring an environment that fosters employee and corporate growth while providing financial success to both!
