Lead Product Manager, Consumer Commerce

• Lead product development within the Consumer Commerce team to drive topline revenue for shop partners
• Manage the entire product lifecycle and identify new areas for investment
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Design, Go‑To‑Market, and Operations
• Foster innovation by understanding user needs and defining elegant solutions
• Provide direct line management and leadership for a small team of Product Managers

• Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in commerce or consumer marketplace domains
• Proven track record of delivering business outcomes, including revenue and growth
• Direct line management experience with a passion for coaching
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in product analytics tools
• Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills for remote collaboration

• Familiarity with the pizza or restaurant industry
• Experience working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
• A deep customer‑centric approach with empathy for small business owners
