As the Sourcing Manager, you will lead a team in defining sourcing strategies that meet the demands of the pet category and retail partners. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes and drive supplier excellence through effective governance and oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute global sourcing strategies for pet and related categories
• Lead supplier identification and long-term relationships
• Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and production
• Provide oversight on cost models and commercial strategies
• Ensure high-quality supplier performance management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing and supplier management
• Leading supplier onboarding and contract negotiations
• Strong analytical and project management competencies
• Experience with AI applications in sourcing
