This role requires an organized professional focused on managing contracts throughout their lifecycle. You will partner closely with Sales and other departments to support scalable commercial expansion. Key expertise includes handling MSAs, DPAs, and other agreements, ensuring timely contract turnaround to enable sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume commercial agreements from intake to execution
• Draft and review contracts, including MSAs, DPAs, and SOWs
• Support rapid sales cycles with timely contract turnaround
• Utilize CLM tools to streamline contract workflows
• Track obligations and key terms for compliance
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of contract management in B2B SaaS
• Paralegal or Law degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience in fast-paced contracting environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems
