As the Sourcing Integration Project Lead, you'll oversee the end-to-end management of sourcing activities, creating strategic recommendations based on business needs. This position requires a blend of leadership, project management proficiency, and a comprehensive understanding of supplier landscapes. Engaging with stakeholders and facilitating discussions will be central to your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sourcing integration efforts for all supplier categories
• Develop strategic recommendations for supplier actions
• Maintain and update the master supplier list and roadmap
• Engage in governance discussions with cross-functional teams
• Execute sourcing actions, including RFPs and negotiations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years)
• Significant experience in sourcing/vendor management
• Proven track record in cross-functional project leadership
• Ability to negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
• Understanding of IT/software and indirect procurement
Lead significant sourcing integration initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and supplier collaboration across a diverse landscape.
