Your role
- Lead and mobilize a team of Account Managers and support roles by fostering coaching, collaboration, and a client-focused performance culture.
- Drive business growth through a proactive market presence, the development of relationships with key partners, and participation in business events.
- Support the team with strategic clients to drive acquisition, retention, and deeper client relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and achievement of objectives using CRM tools and disciplined sales practices.
- Structure profitable financing solutions aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite.
- Ensure credit quality, compliance, and sound governance while staying attuned to market trends.
Prerequisites
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in business banking or related financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing or coaching teams in a sales-driven environment
- Strong expertise in commercial credit and sound risk judgment
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Strong knowledge of the Moncton market and Atlantic provinces (an asset)
- University degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience
