As part of the Wealth Platform Journey, you will support Product Owners and lead key business analysis efforts.
Your role will encompass identifying risks, facilitating change management processes, and fostering collaboration among various stakeholders. Your analytical mindset will ensure TD Wealth meets its strategic commitments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support innovation and drive forward-thinking ideas
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements management
• Lead creation of key journey artifacts
• Manage gaps and ensure readiness for changes
• Act as a mentor for junior analysts in the team
Requirements:
• Over 7 years of experience in business analysis
• Proven success with complex, multi-stakeholder delivery
• Agile project delivery experience is a plus
• Background in Wealth-related systems and products
• Strong leadership and communication skills
