As an Art Supervisor at BGBx, you will provide essential support to the Creative Director and oversee creative presentations and client interactions. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in graphic and supervisory roles, emphasizing strong visual concepts in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Creative Director in client relations and presentations
• Ensure high-quality standards for all creative materials
• Monitor finished art quality and guide internal artists
• Advise on technology needs and departmental affairs
• Foster staff development and assist team growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Advanced skills in Adobe applications and Figma
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
