As

a Bilingual Specialist, MMS, your role involves managing mortgage transactions efficiently by applying strong analytical and time management skill while reviewing mortgage loan documentation for accuracy. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners, address file deficiencies within specified deadlines, and adhere to risk management policies. Additionally, you will propose solutions to business challenges and escalate issues when needed to ensure smooth client transactions.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Apply strong analytical skills to assess and resolve issues related to loan documentation, underwriting, and closing processes.

  • Propose practical and effective solutions to streamline processes, enhance client experience, or reduce operational bottlenecks.

  • Participate in the design, implementation and delivery of training.

  • Work closely with internal teams (underwriting, operations, compliance) and external partners (lenders, brokers, clients) to facilitate the progress of mortgage files.

  • Effectively manage service levels, even during peak periods, and ensure that both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency are maintained.

  • Address and resolve all customer inquiries, in a professional and efficient manner, always responding to the customer’s needs ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and risk management. protocols throughout the mortgage process by keeping current with required training.

  • HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Law Clerk, Real Estate or Mortgage experience is preferred.

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships, ownership and engagement.

  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills

  • Thorough, accurate and focused in a high paced environment producing high quality work.

  • Team player who can work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment in a wide range of situations and exhibit creative thinking and problem solving.

  • Total Direct Compensation:

    52,480 - 63,070

    Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
