You will assist the Front Office Manager in supervising the Front Desk team while ensuring every guest has a remarkable experience. Responsibilities encompass scheduling, training, and resolving guest issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Front Desk operations and team supervision
• Oversee training sessions for new hires
• Address and resolve guest inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with Housekeeping for seamless transitions
• Maintain a welcoming and safe hotel lobby
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of Front Desk experience in hotels
• Supervisory experience preferred for team leadership
• Excellent organization and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with hotel management software
• Ability to thrive in a bustling environment
