As a vital link in the Food & Beverage department, the Banquet Captain will oversee the execution of banquet functions, ensuring guests receive the highest level of service. You will coordinate set-ups, maintain service standards, and foster interdepartmental relationships to enhance overall guest experiences. This role will also require participation in company training and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate set-up and tear-down of banquet areas
• Develop relationships with departments for service excellence
• Uphold food and beverage service standards
• Attend meetings and contribute insights
• Address customer concerns courteously and effectively
Requirements:
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Experience in banquet service is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Strong physical condition for task requirements
• Smart Serve certification and WHMIS training
