Front of House Food Beverage Supervisor

Lead front of house Food & Beverage operations with Great Canadian Entertainment, supervising shifts, guest service, and team performance at the location. Guide employees while maintaining safe, welcoming service.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you oversee daily outlet activities under Food & Beverage Manager direction. You schedule employees, coordinate coverage, track guest issues, and support learning. The position also includes performance reviews, regulatory compliance, and communication across operational departments.

• Supervise assigned outlet operations under established policies and procedures
• Schedule employees, assign shifts, and verify time and attendance
• Complete shift reports and communicate quality or guest issues
• Monitor food presentation and report deviations to Kitchen Supervisor
• Ensure licensing, health, safety, and statutory compliance

• Post-secondary hospitality education or suitable education and experience
• Minimum two years of Food & Beverage experience
• MS Office computer literacy and POS experience
• Ability to complete NB Responsible Beverage Certification
• Strong organizational and time management skills
