Position: Staffing Coordinator / Junior Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, fostering employee relations, and supporting various human resources functions. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with team members, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

Pay: CA $20.00-CA $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Assist and perform in conducting cold calls / visits
  • Engage in HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new clients or hires to ensure successful integration into the company culture, when required.
  • Perform service interactions with all existing and potential clients, as needed.
  • Conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and improve overall staffing effectiveness.
  • Aid in record keeping, data entry
  • Clerical Duties
  • Skills:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Great command of the English language with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong research skills to identify best practices in staffing and recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with employees and clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to problem-solve and have comfort in conflict resolution within employee relations.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proactive and confident in utilizing their skills within company process.
  • Assets:

  • Prior exposure to staffing firm, ability to do cold calling and sales
