- Be a trusted advisor and brand ambassador in the local market
Who You Are:
- A motivated, high-energy professional with a passion for people, business, and results
- Skilled in relationship building, with excellent communication and interpersonal instincts
- Detail-oriented, organized, and confident using modern recruitment tools and social media
- Knowledgeable about finance, accounting, and administrative functions and how they operate within organizations
- Experienced in recruitment, HR, or a related client-facing role — with post-secondary education to match

- A permanent position with a competitive compensation and benefits package
- Autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact in a growing market
- A supportive, collaborative team that values trust, transparency, and fun
- The opportunity to grow your career within a well-established and respected Atlantic Canadian firm
