AIP Connect invites applications from those with 1-2 years of recruitment or HR experience. You will engage directly with clients to develop pipelines, prepare candidates, and craft presentations that highlight each individual's unique story.
Your role will include mentorship opportunities that enhance your skills in client strategy and workshop development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in market mapping for top talent identification
• Develop candidate outreach strategies for higher conversion
• Participate in behavioral assessment interviews
• Prepare candidates for interviews and client culture fit
• Gather insights for client workshop development
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a recruitment or HR role
• Ability to conduct thorough research
• Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills
• Flexible in handling both research and coaching
• Degree or Diploma in Business or HR
