In this critical role, you will oversee J.D. Irving's early career developmental programs tailored to enhance leadership pipelines. The Talent Management Specialist will engage in program delivery, candidate assessments, and collaborative mentorship with business leaders. Your objective will be to align learning with business needs and effectively monitor program impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the early career program daily
• Create and manage development objectives
• Support talent sourcing with external partners
• Assess participant achievements periodically
• Collaborate with leaders for development alignment
Requirements:
• Degree in HR, Business Admin, or similar
• 5–8 years experience in talent development
• Proven skills in managing multifaceted programs
• Strong metrics analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
