Côté Gold Mill Maintenance Superintendent

IAMGOLD seeks a Superintendent of Mill Maintenance to join our Côté Gold Mine team in Canada. This role is paramount in ensuring maintenance operations are executed safely and efficiently.

Your primary focus will be to lead maintenance trades, ensuring adherence to IAMGOLD's Culture, Health and Safety Code. You'll collaborate with various departments while executing all maintenance tasks necessary to sustain peak equipment performance. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the maintenance team across all shifts

• Manage and optimize maintenance tasks and schedules

• Uphold safety and health compliance across all operations

• Conduct audits and implement training for best practices

• Engage with stakeholders to guide capital planning initiatives

Requirements:

• Relevant college or university diploma required

• At least 10 years of maintenance or asset management experience

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory position

• Proficient in CMMS software applications

• Knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management principles
