Key Responsibilities:
• Manage UKG Pro WFM projects for diverse clients
• Develop and adhere to project budgets and timeliness
• Establish strong relationships and understanding of clients’ industries
• Encourage team members with on-the-job mentorship
• Generate new client opportunities and increase service offerings
Requirements:
• Related bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of consulting experience in HR technology
• In-depth knowledge of UKG Pro WFM
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to travel up to 30%
