As the Parts Manager, you will oversee the Parts Department's functionality, ensuring that processes reflect organization standards. You'll set goals, maintain inventory systems, and develop staff through reviews and training. Excellent customer service skills and strategic financial management are critical in this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Merchandise and maintain well-organized showroom displays
• Develop and align departmental goals with financial objectives
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service
• Manage timely parts ordering processes and control systems
• Schedule and manage vacation and on-call calendars for staff
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Parts Department operations experience
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and related applications
• Strong financial acumen for managing departmental budgets
• Effective teamwork and independent working skills
• Clean Driver's License necessary
