In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the main site, with oversight of four additional properties across Canada. Your leadership will focus on building systems, compliance, and vendor relationships, promoting sustainability and innovation in facility management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations for maintenance and infrastructure systems
• Manage vendors and ensure service contract compliance
• Lead safety compliance and building code adherence
• Chair the Health & Safety Committee
• Handle escalations for facility emergencies
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of facilities management experience
• Expertise in managing large, multi-site portfolios
• In-depth knowledge of budgeting and building systems
• Understanding of Canadian regulations and operational standards
• Willingness for occasional travel across Canada
Drive results and foster collaborative environments in facilities management.
