AlumierMD is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to enhance sales growth in Alberta and the surrounding region. This role focuses on team leadership, strategic planning, and fostering partnerships to drive success.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a group of Sales Representatives, aligning their skills with company objectives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a high-performing team culture and exploiting business opportunities, ensuring sales targets and growth initiatives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives
• Drive regional sales through strategic planning and accountability
• Build relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets
• Conduct field visits for team support and market insights
Requirements:
• 5+ years of sales management experience
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities
• Strong acumen in sales performance analysis
• Excellent relationship-building skills with strategic accounts
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the region
