Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance and operations of building systems
• Manage vendor performance and service agreements
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Support site renovations and upgrades
• Respond to facility incidents as escalation point
Requirements:
• 8+ years of facilities or building management experience
• Experience with large facilities (over 100,000 sq. ft.)
• Knowledge of budgeting and vendor management
• Familiarity with Canadian regulatory standards
• On-call availability for critical situations
Lead the charge in enhancing workplace safety and efficiency across diverse facilities.
