* Position Overview:

** As the Restaurant Manager, Service & Support, you will be the backbone of our daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and a positive team environment. You'll oversee staff training, workflow efficiency, and quality control while supporting both the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in executing the restaurant's vision.
* Salary: 57,000 annually / 30 hours per week
* Terms of employment:
Permanent employment, Full time
* Must be flexible to work any assigned shift as per business needs, including, Early morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend, and Holidays.

** completion of a college, or other related program OR several years of experience in the hospitality Industry.

* Experience:

** 2 years to less than 3 years
** On site:
** Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
** Responsibilities and Tasks
*** Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
* Adhere to the budget established for labour cost and cost of sales.
* Monitor staff performance.
* Plan, evaluate and organize daily operations.
* Oversee floor management, refine workflows, and support inventory and POS system management.
* Participate in recruiting of staff, training, and scheduling a high-performing team while providing coaching and performance feedback.
* Provide support to the junior hierarchy including assistant managers and supervisors.
* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
* Enforce food safety, liquor laws, and workplace policies while maintaining necessary permits and staff certifications.
* Resolve guest concerns.
* Provide customer service while ensuring seamless service and maintaining high hospitality standards.
* Support events.
* Maintain clean and safe work environment.
* Perform any other duties as assigned to match the business requirements.
** Credentials:
** Serving It Safe program certification, Safe Food Handling certificate
