Account Development Representative (Hybrid)

What you will be doing?
  • Research and cultivate new business connections via warm and cold outreach including Linked In, Email and Phone.
  • Set introductory meetings and generate qualified leads.
  • Research and prepare introductory calls/execute Survalent sales strategy.
  • Attend industry-specific conferences.
  • Update Salesforce with details of all communications with customers.
  • Follow up on inbound leads.
  • Participate in strategy discussions with sales team and other cross functional groups.
  • Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
  • University Degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • 1-4 years of experience working in customer facing roles, preferably in sales.
  • Must be passionate about sales and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Must be proactive & willing to adapt and learn new skills and technologies
The following skills and experience will be considered as assets:
  • Experience in the utility space
  • Knowledge in reading financial statements
  • Ability to build cash flow models
  • Knowledge of different regulatory bodies in the utility space in North America
  • Fluent in Spanish

This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Manager, Account Development and Channel Partnership. The salary range for this role is $40,000-$52,000. Interested candidates are invited to submit their cover letter and resume.
