Business Development Manager - Independent Pharmacies

This role offers a unique blend of strategic sales and client management in a dynamic healthcare setting.
As the Business Development Manager, you'll report to the Senior Director of National Independent Sales and drive growth by nurturing relationships and expanding market share. You will actively manage customer accounts while also developing new business opportunities. Utilizing , you'll keep track of account activities and customer interactions to ensure all needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and enhance Kohl & Frisch’s offerings to pharmacies
• Develop new customer relationships and manage existing accounts
• Design and execute tailored marketing strategies
• Identify industry trends to position the company competitively
• Create and renew agreements for Pharma Flex accounts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience
• Strong understanding of pharmacy landscape
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
