In this pivotal role, you will guide a team of brokers to convert warm leads into sales while maintaining high-quality service. Reporting to the Practice Leader, you will foster a culture of improvement and accountability. Your strong sales leadership will ensure teams exceed their monthly targets and enhance their performance through direct coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach brokers obsessively to improve customer experiences
• Lead effective 1:1 meetings and performance reviews
• Foster motivation to achieve monthly sales goals
• Facilitate daily huddles and maintain winning standards
• Assist brokers in managing contractor risks
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in the insurance industry
• Over 3 years in a leadership position
• Possess a valid provincial broker's license
• Experience driving sales performance
• High attention to detail in a competitive landscape
