In this role, you will support fellow pet owners by offering nutrition advice and maintaining inventory at all locations. You'll participate in product training and engage at local events representing Global Pet Foods. The focus is on teamwork, curiosity, and fun while ensuring cleanliness and safety in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service and support pet nutrition
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy
• Undergo frequent product training for improved knowledge
• Assist in job shadowing for new team members
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Flexible to work days, weekends, and evenings
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
• Sales or customer service experience required
• Bilingual ability considered an asset
