We are seeking an experienced Foreperson to join our team for a full-time commitment. You will be involved in framing, ICF and structural slab construction, and managing job sites efficiently. This role requires versatility in various tasks, including kitchen cabinet installations and minor renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job sites, ensuring materials are picked up and areas are clean

• Perform framing and structural slab construction tasks

• Install wood siding and insulation as required

• Oversee subfloor and hardwood floor installations

• Carry out miscellaneous renovation tasks, including closet installations

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Experience in managing staff effectively

• Strong knowledge of energy-efficient construction practices

• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning

• Ability to handle diverse construction duties
