Position: Truck Technician & Apprentice Role
Join Miller Waste Systems as a Red Seal Truck Technician/Apprentice based in Moncton. This permanent, full-time role on the afternoon shift focuses on enhancing your skills in diagnosing and repairing waste collection vehicles.

In this position, you will ensure fleet reliability and safety through systematic repairs and preventive maintenance. Your mentorship of apprentices will contribute to their professional growth, while you adhere to strict safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair modern diesel and electrical systems

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance for operational vehicles

• Mentor apprentices and assist in their training

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Collaborate professionally with Operations Supervisors and coworkers

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyperson Certificate or enrollment in a training program

• At least a valid Driver’s Licence required

• Experience in diagnosing hydraulic and electrical faults

• Strong technical knowledge and self-management skills

• Willingness to acquire required tools for tasks
