We are looking for experienced Sheet Metal Foremen, Journey persons, and Apprentices within Local 30. Candidates must possess an Ontario Certificate of Qualification and be adept at interpreting blueprints. The position emphasizes adherence to health and safety policies while fostering a strong customer service approach among the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints for layout

• Work in line with safety practices and standards

• Collaborate with team members for successful project outcomes

• Train and mentor apprentices and new staff

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout projects

Requirements:

• Current Ontario Certificate of Qualification

• Experience in mechanical construction

• Commitment to teamwork and service

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
