Key Responsibilities:

• Frame structures for new energy-efficient homes

• Construct ICF and structural slabs as required

• Install wood siding and various flooring types

• Insulate projects with rigid foam boards when necessary

• Manage job sites, including material pickup and cleanup
Requirements:

• Valid Red Seal certification in carpentry

• Must have a vehicle and driver's license

• Experience in renovations and framing

• Willingness to learn new skills consistently

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
